A little about myself...
I am a graduate of San Diego State University. I studied history
and journalism. My construction experience began early. My
father was a tireless improver of his castle. He taught me to
mix and pour concrete, lay brick, carry heavy things from one
place to another, dig ditches and plumb irrigation systems.
Throughout high school and college I worked in the construction
industry. Later in life I gutted and rebuilt houses and have been
maintaining and improving my families 1926 farm house. When I
became interested in the home inspection industry I joined the
American Society of Home Inspectors and was educated through
their home study program. After utilizing the resources available
through ASHI and targeting specific areas such as mobile homes
and pools through ITA training I began my career as a home
inspector. I carry one million dollars in liability and errors
& omission insurance.
